There are several reasons to like this web video, Putting a Price on Customer Loyalty, from Harvard Business Review.

  1. It’s only three minutes.
  2. The Italian accent makes the B-school jargon sound especially delicious.
  3. There is no finer example of how to wear a jacket that is cut too tight (not even on Wes Anderson).
  4. Everyone loves a numbered list .

But the main reason I like this video is born of vanity. Professor Bertini is talking about us. At Video Parachute, we do all the things he recommends to create shared value with our customers.
